Helen is the founder and Clinical Director of The Lightwell Practice. She is a Certified Transactional Analyst (Psychotherapy) and is also endorsed to train and supervise other psychotherapists (PTSTA).
The Lightwell Practice emerged out of a practical desire to have all of her favourite and most trusted colleagues working out of the same building.
As a Psychotherapist I sometimes want to refer my clients on for Hypnotherapy, Coaching, Family Therapy or Massage/Bodywork. I found myself referring clients to the same people time and time again and eventually it dawned on me: working under the same roof as these folks would give a truly joined-up service where clients could access the best range of therapies from people I truly trust. And so The Lightwell Practice was born. All my associates are hand-picked for their skills and expertise as well as their warmth and humanity. We have a lovely bunch of people here and working with them is just a joy.
